Gultineh Esubalew (who is also called Gultineh Kebede) is a measurement and evaluation professional with over 20 years of experience in Africa, the Middle East, and in the US.

Most recently Gultineh served as director of measurement and evaluation for the Accelerating Support to Advanced Local Partners (ASAP) Project. Gultineh has national and international experience leading complex monitoring and evaluation (M&E) projects. He has held cross-functional leadership roles that involved leading evaluations, analytics, quality assurance, and data-driven program improvement functions. In his profession, he strives to ensure that the data we collect are a true numerical expression of our work and a useful tool.

Gultineh has a master’s degree in demography and a bachelor’s degree in statistics.
